1. Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of the Yash Taza Dudh Dairy customer app, delivery partner app, website and related dairy ordering and delivery services. By creating an account, placing an order or using the services, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
2. Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate, current information and keep your registered mobile number, address and account details updated. You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting your password and device. Notify us promptly about suspected unauthorised use. We may verify, restrict or suspend accounts for security, fraud, misuse or policy violations.
3. Products, availability and orders
- Product descriptions, sizes, prices, tax treatment and availability may change.
- An order is accepted only when confirmed by the system. We may reject or adjust an order when stock, service area, pricing or operational constraints require it.
- Images are illustrative; natural dairy products may vary slightly in appearance, texture or packaging.
- Customers should check delivered items promptly and report shortages, damage or quality concerns through support within a reasonable period.
4. Subscriptions, skips and cancellation
Recurring subscriptions generate deliveries according to the selected schedule, quantity, address and slot. Customers are responsible for maintaining sufficient wallet balance or completing the selected payment method. Skip, pause, vacation-hold, quantity-change and cancellation requests must be submitted before the applicable operational cut-off shown in the app. A request made after preparation or dispatch may apply only to future deliveries.
5. Prices, taxes, wallet and refunds
Amounts shown at checkout include applicable price, discount, tax and delivery charges. Wallet credits are stored-value entries usable only for eligible services and are not a bank account. Recharge or collection requests may require administrative verification. Refunds, corrections or cancellations are processed to the original method or wallet as operationally appropriate and subject to verification. Statutory invoice and payment records may be retained as required by law.
6. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, access, traffic, supply or other conditions. You must provide a correct deliverable address and reasonable access instructions. Delivery may be completed to the authorised recipient or designated safe point according to your instructions. Risk may pass upon successful delivery confirmation. Repeated failed delivery or inaccessible premises may result in charges, rescheduling or cancellation.
7. Returns and quality issues
Perishable dairy items are generally not returnable after accepted delivery unless incorrect, damaged or materially defective. Report concerns promptly with order details and supporting evidence. Any replacement, credit or refund is subject to reasonable inspection and applicable consumer law.
8. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the app, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with service operation, submit false payments or evidence, abuse staff or delivery partners, reverse engineer protected components, or use the service for unlawful activity. We may investigate and act on suspected misuse.
9. Intellectual property
The brand, logo, interface, content, catalogue arrangement and software are owned by or licensed to Yash Taza Dudh Dairy. No rights are transferred except the limited, revocable permission to use the service for its intended purpose.
10. Service availability and liability
We aim to provide reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, loss caused by events beyond reasonable control, or misuse of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
11. Termination and deletion
You may stop using the service and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, fraud, safety or legal reasons. Certain transaction and compliance records may remain after closure as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes and governing rules
We may update these Terms to reflect operational or legal changes. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance. These Terms are governed by applicable laws of India, and disputes are subject to the competent courts applicable to the business location, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.
